The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist plays a key part in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive the success of the growing company.
Main Responsibilities
Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from job description creation to candidate onboarding including sourcing through online and offline channels, interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
Partners with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develops tailored recruitment strategies and creates compelling job descriptions
Develops and implements effective recruitment advertising strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates including posting openings on various job boards and platforms
Cultivates positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by showing company’s culture and value proposition to potential candidates and providing regular feedback to candidates
Prepares interviewers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process before scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Contributes to enhancing the employer brand through various channels, including social media and networking events
Builds and maintains a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs
Provides regular reports and insights to HR leadership and utilizes recruitment metrics to analyze the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
Provides guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices
Requirements
Education, Experience and Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. At least 2 years of experience in Tech recruitment will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
Excellent level of written and oral communication in English and Greek
Computer Literacy, advanced use of MS Office Applications
