We are looking for a motivated Team Lead Business Development (m/f/d) – Remote in Germany to help people achieve more sport and health with EGYM Wellpass. Leadership: You take the lead of a remote team of 3–4 BDRs and SDRs across Germany, which you will continue to grow and develop through coaching and targeted support
Outbound: You are responsible for steering outbound and cold-acquisition activities to identify and approach new business customers
Sales Strategy: You develop the sales strategy, optimize presentation approaches, and support your team in successfully positioning our solution with customers
Market Analysis and Monitoring: You continuously analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Events: You organize and conduct events to strengthen customer loyalty and build new business relationships
Collaboration: You work closely with the Business Development Team from France to align cross-country strategies
KPIs: You regularly create reports and analyses on team performance and KPIs
Your fitness level
Leadership: You have at least two years of leadership experience, ideally in Business Development or across the full sales cycle
B2B Sales & BDR Experience: You have extensive experience in B2B sales, including hands-on work as a BDR and know the challenges of new customer acquisition firsthand
Team Management: You know the most important Sales KPIs and can successfully steer your team based on them
Persuasiveness: An initial "No" doesn't stop you – you know how to handle objections and have the persistence to convince potential customers of the added value of our product
Tools: You are used to working with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar)
Meaning: For your next career step, you personally want to sell a product that is meaningful and change the fitness market with us
Language Skills: You have fluent German and strong English skills, both spoken and written

Tool Competence: You learned the internal processes and tools that help you to be productive in your daily work (Salesforce, PipeLaunch, LinkedIn, AirCall, Slack, Tableau, etc.)
Scalability & Process Optimization: You started to take an active role in scaling the team and optimizing processes, contributing to a more efficient and structured way of working as the organization grows
Team Culture: You built a good relationship with all departments and get to know our culture of collaboration
Overview: You gained a comprehensive overview of the activities in your team and support them in all matters
