Responsibilities
- Execute exceptional retail performance to ensure sales and service, including implementing and reinforcing sales strategies.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining quality and quantity of stock and supporting back-of-house operations.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through daily coaching, industry updates, and adherence to Tiffany's cultural values.
- Consistently deliver an elevated in-store luxury experience, addressing customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Cultivate customer relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales through personalized interactions and participation in events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant customer-related experience such as luxury hospitality.
- Experience in people management, sales generation, and achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs, including sales floor and operations.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
- Dynamic team player capable of motivating staff and building local and regional networks.
- Authorization to work in Switzerland.
- Gemological certification relevant to Switzerland (preferred).
- Business proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
