- Take ownership of your first client project, managing the solution deployment
- Apply your expertise to plan, identify risks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Set and adjust delivery plan according to project needs
- Actively contribute to internal improvements and OKRs
Within six months, you will…
- Master our standard processes and be able to lead projects independently
- Handle basic technical discussions with customers and be able to understand technical colleagues to drive the project
- Contribute improvements to our internal tools and processes
Within one year, you will…
- Become a trusted project manager to both internal teams and external clients
- Address internal and escalations to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Contribute to product roadmaps by channeling customer feedback into meaningful improvements

Qualifications

- University education in technology area or related studies
