Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using GoLang;
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from technical analysis and design to deployment and monitoring;
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to ensure stability and scalability;
Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features;
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation are consistently applied;
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge with the team.
Must-have:
Proven experience in GoLang backend development;
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB;
Solid understanding of web development and API design principles;
Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD practices;
Good problem-solving and communication skills;
Fluency in English.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Python or scripting languages;
Knowledge of ElasticSearch;
Experience in high-traffic or large-scale environments.
