Therapist Supervisor
Position: Full-Time
Location: Austin, Texas
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
As a Clinical Lead, you’ll be responsible for ensuring quality care and compliance across therapy teams. This role blends clinical supervision, leadership, and administrative oversight to strengthen both clinician performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise therapists and associate clinicians in daily practice.
- Conduct chart audits, case reviews, and documentation checks.
- Guide therapists through challenging clinical situations.
- Provide professional development and performance coaching.
- Collaborate with upper management on quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Active Texas license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year in supervision.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
