Responsibilities
- Assist training managers in the management of training processes.
- Collaborate with the procurement department from order placement to invoicing.
- Support employees in their training endeavors.
- Manage logistical arrangements for training across all sites, including room reservations and coordination with catering and general services.
- Participate in welcoming and assisting participants and trainers at the training center.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training management and organization processes.
- Engage in various projects related to training.
Qualifications
- CFC training with a professional commercial maturity or equivalent education.
- Successful experience of over 4 years in training or human resources.
- Native French speaker with proficiency in English.
Skills
- Proficient in written synthesis in French and English.
- Mastery of MS Office suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of training management software.
- Organized, proactive, with a strong sense of priority and responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
Experience Requirements
Over 4 years of successful experience in training or human resources.
