We are seeking a talented UX Writer to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances the user experience across digital products. As a key member of the product design team, you will collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive user interfaces through language that informs, guides, and inspires confidence. Your words will play a crucial role in ensuring that every interaction — from onboarding flows to error messages — is user-centric and consistent with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft user-focused copy for interfaces including buttons, menus, onboarding screens, tooltips, notifications, and error messages.
- Collaborate with product design and research teams to understand user journeys, pain points, and behaviors, ensuring content supports overall usability.
- Establish and maintain content style guides, tone, and voice principles that align with brand and product strategy.
- Contribute to UX design discussions by advocating for the role of language in improving accessibility, clarity, and comprehension.
- Perform content audits and reviews to ensure consistency and eliminate redundant or confusing text across platforms.
- Work closely with localization teams to ensure clarity and translatability of microcopy for global users.
- Use data-driven insights from A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback to refine and improve copy performance.
- Partner with marketing and communication teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience (3–5 years) as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role within a digital product or design team.
- Strong command of language and UX principles with a proven ability to simplify complex ideas into user-friendly messages.
- Understanding of product design processes, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Ability to write in multiple tones and voices depending on context, user emotion, and platform.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across design, product, and engineering teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to optimize content.
- Familiarity with design systems and how content patterns contribute to scalable product design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in English, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Experience working on B2C or B2B SaaS platforms or mobile apps.
- Exposure to UX research methods such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
- Knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
