We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress to provide excellent service to our guests at AYANA Hospitality.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages promptly
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Requirements
Indonesian citizen
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field is desirable
