Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of services and repairs on TAG Heuer and LVMH timepieces.
- Meet workload targets within agreed timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Minimize returns to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold a positive brand image.
- Develop and maintain technical watchmaking skills proactively.
- Participate in in-house and brand-specific training sessions.
- Support a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company and brand policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of watch repairs, including in-house movements and chronographs.
- Utilize expertise to assess products and provide solutions for necessary work.
- Exhibit problem-solving abilities to address internal and external queries.
- Support the development and training of other team members.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technical advancements, and best practices.
- Provide outstanding service to all clients as a TAG Heuer ambassador.
- Embody TAG Heuer's brand values and actively develop brand knowledge.
Qualifications
- Wostep or other watchmaking school accredited watchmaker or equivalent time-served experience.
- Professional watchmaking experience, preferably with Swiss or luxury brands.
- Experience working in a commercial technical department as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving departmental targets.

Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional watchmaking experience, ideally with chronograph movements.
