At Te Manawa Family Services we work with men, women, young people, children and families, helping them break the cycles of violence and abuse; helping them towards changed lives. There’s no shame, no blame – and no excuses. It’s about rebuilding relationships. It’s about restoring trust and respect.
Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a Women’s Programme Facilitator to join our team.
As Women’s Programme Facilitator, you will co-facilitate group programmes, undertake assessments and reviews, and provide individual, and whānau support as required. We’d love it if you had a social worker qualification, and ideally registration with a professional body. At a minimum, you will need qualifications in some kind of human service (counselling). You’re supporting vulnerable people, so you need to know what you’re doing!
We’re a small but mighty team of 18 and we’re diverse in more ways than one. We genuinely care about the wellbeing of our team and are committed to social work pay equity bands. We know you’re worth it.
