Our People team is growing and we’re looking for an HR Operations and Reporting Coordinator to join our amazing People team. You will report to the Head of People and work across all areas of our business to ensure we deliver an exceptional experience to our employees, managers, candidates and contractors as well as accurately and consistently report on our people operations; and that we’re constantly improving our accuracy and efficiency as a team.
Due to the nature of this role in supporting our office operations, we would need you to be able to come to the Sydney office (in Redfern) regularly but you would be able to work in a Hybrid capacity. Part-time working arrangements could also be considered.
SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the successful onboarding and onboarding of new hires and contractors.
Work alongside the People team to deliver on operational and strategic initiatives.
Generate reports from HR and related systems and analyse data using Excel /Google sheets.
Generate required reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and “as-needed” basis.
Maintain and update all HR data in various systems and documents, ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times.
Participate in HR and recruitment systems testing and auditing activities.
Draft, prepare and ensure successful signing of contracts, NDA’s, ESOP letters and ad-hoc documentation as required.
Index, and maintain employee records to meet operational, IT security and legal requirements.
Work alongside the Head of People to ensure compliance with legal requirements and labour legislation. This includes drafting and updating policies.
Assist in the ISO / SOC 2 Audit process to demonstrate compliance and continuous improvement.
WHO YOU ARE
You have absolutely flawless attention to detail with a keen eye for picking up discrepancies in data and documentation.
You hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and have had some solid experience as an HR Intern / HR Coordinator.
Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations would be advantageous.
You have effective HR administration and people management skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You work well under pressure and are able to meet tight deadlines when the need arises.
You’re highly computer literate with advanced proficiency in Excel / Google sheets..
You have a passion for continuous improvement and excellent execution.
