The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with the HR Business Partners to plan, manage, and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for the Client Group they are responsible for. This role is also responsible for forming relationships with other high-level executives to maximize HR’s value to the company in addressing workforce planning needs.
