Our company, headquartered in Ta' Xbiex, Malta, operates globally, providing innovative personal care and fertility products, notably our highly regarded Conceive Plus brand. We pride ourselves on delivering quality products to over 70 countries through various channels including supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.
As a Receptionist at SASMAR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere in our office, managing communications effectively, and facilitating a seamless operational workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answering incoming calls, redirecting them efficiently, and taking messages when necessary.
- Managing the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Providing information and assistance to clients regarding our services and products.
- Maintaining and updating client and visitor logs.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Performing general office administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.
- Collaborating with other team members to enhance office efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
