This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth. As our coordinator you will take on a role with diverse responsibilities, collaborating closely with global colleagues across functions.
You will be part of our Marketing team, where we work seamlessly together—regardless of geographical distance.
**Key responsibilities**
You will play an important role in supporting the Sales & Marketing team by driving the coordination and execution of systems, processes, and data management. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations through structured system oversight and continuous process optimization. You will be focusing on strengthening the integration between key platforms - including PIM, Priceapp and CRM.
Your specific duties will include:
- **Product Information Management (PIM) System** – Acting as the go-to person and subject matter expert for the PIM system. Updating and maintaining product data in our PIM system, incl. coordinating with internal stakeholders and external data providers.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system**- Coordinating the CRM upgrade initiative, driving project timelines and stakeholder coordination.
- **System administration and integration oversight**
- **Weekly Sales Meeting Coordination (PowerHour)**
**Your profile**
You have a relevant background that enables you to handle the tasks successfully. You may have a few years of experience in a coordinating or supporting role.
You are very structured and data-driven. Your stakeholder management skills are essential as you need to get information from many colleagues across the team – and you are good at pursuing and following up. Given PanzerGlass's dynamic nature, you should be prepared for rapid and ongoing changes. Also, you thrive with colleagues from different cultures. Besides, proficiency in MS Office, we expect fluency in both written and spoken English.
